Joining the Conference

We are using Remo Conference to host this virtual conference.

You can register for the conference on Remo today by clicking the button above. Register only takes a minute and you can also register right before, or during the conference to join as it is happening.

On the day of the conference, click the “Join Conference” button, you will first sign-in with your email address and then you will enter conference room and be seated at a table. You can move freely between tables, choose to turn on your camera and microphone, and join small group discussions at these tables with other attendees between the sessions. During the sessions you will hear from the speakers and then everyone in the room is invited to participate in a larger group discussion, either by typing into a chat box or talking straight into the camera.

Privacy Information

All sessions will be recorded and posted to this website after the conference. If you do not wish to appear on video, please keep your cameras and microphones off during the sessions. 

Between the sessions, NO recordings can or will be made of video, audio, or chat discussions you have within the tables on the conference room floor.
